We learned fulfillment the hard way, one customs form at a time.

Box It Fulfillment began in 2019 shipping nutraceutical products into markets with strict import rules. Getting the paperwork right wasn't optional, so we built the whole company around it. The goal hasn't changed: make logistics easier, deliver service worth talking about, and help the brands we ship for grow.

01 — THE STORY

From one brand's back office to a cross-border operation

Our first customer was a single supplement brand selling into countries where one mislabeled parcel meant the whole shipment sat at the border. There was no room to wing it. We wrote our receiving, classification, and documentation process around getting it right the first time, and never stopped running it that way.

That's still the difference. Whether a brand ships fifty orders a month or five thousand, the same checks apply and the same team is accountable for them. We'd rather be an extension of your team than the warehouse down the road, the partner who knows where you're headed and helps you get there.

2019

Founded in Millcreek, Utah, fulfilling and exporting nutraceutical orders for one brand.

2020–2021

Word moved through founder networks. We took on e-commerce and DTC brands who needed the customs know-how we had already built.

2022–2023

Expanded the warehouse, added real-time inventory and direct store integrations, and crossed into 40+ destination countries.

Today

A female- and minority-owned 3PL running domestic and cross-border fulfillment at 100% order accuracy and 100% on-time, for brands that want a logistics team, not just a warehouse.

02 — WHAT WE STAND FOR

What we stand for

The commitments behind every shipment, whatever the order volume.

01

Service is our competitive advantage

Warehouses get built and shipping rates get negotiated. The way we communicate, respond, and take ownership is the part that's hard to copy, and it's what we compete on.

02

We treat your business like our own

Behind every SKU and shipment is your brand, your reputation, and your customers. We make decisions with the urgency we'd want if the business were ours.

03

Own it and solve it

Problems happen in logistics. When they do, the first question isn't whose fault it is, it's how we fix it, who we tell, and how we keep it from happening again.

04

Find a way

An unusual product, a last-minute promotion, a customs case that doesn't fit the playbook. The answer isn't "we don't do that." It's "let's figure out how."

05

Make complex logistics simple

E-commerce, B2B, Amazon, customs, duties, inventory. The complexity belongs behind the scenes; working with us should feel simple.

03 — THE TEAM

The people who own your orders

Box It is a 100% female- and minority-owned company, run by a small team you'll work with directly, day to day. Different backgrounds, a people-first approach, and the same standard on every order since 2019.

DF
Deana Forrest
Founder & CEO

Deana founded Box It in 2019 and set the standard every order is still held to: if we wouldn't send it to our own customer, it doesn't leave the building.

MM
McKay Mahlum
President

McKay oversees the business day to day, from client relationships to growth, so every brand gets the same level of service whether it ships fifty orders a month or five thousand.

SL
Santiago Lozano
Warehouse Manager

Santiago runs the warehouse floor and the people on it: receiving, storage, pick and pack, and the QC checks that keep order accuracy at 100%.

CM
Clarissa Mayang
Accounting & Finance Manager

Clarissa manages billing, invoicing, and the books, so your statements are clear, accurate, and easy to reconcile.

04 — THE STANDARD

Five questions, every day

Customer service isn't a department here. The person packing the order, the one catching an inventory discrepancy, the one answering your email — every role shapes what it's like to work with Box It. So everyone measures the day the same way.

  • Did I take care of the client?
  • Did I do what I said I would do?
  • Did I communicate clearly?
  • Did I solve the problem instead of passing it along?
  • Did I leave the order or process better than I found it?

Yes to all five is the job. Because great fulfillment isn't about moving boxes — it's about helping businesses move forward.

That's the story. If it sounds like a team you'd want on your orders, let's talk.
